How to download and install AffirmID

Download the AffirmID App

AffirmID is available for both iOS and Android devices. Follow these steps to get started:

iOS (iPhone & iPad)

1. Open the App Store on your device
2. Search for "AffirmID"
3. Tap Get to download the app
4. Once installed, tap Open to launch AffirmID

Requirements: iOS 14.0 or later

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store on your device
2. Search for "AffirmID"
3. Tap Install to download the app
4. Once installed, tap Open to launch AffirmID

Requirements: Android 8.0 or later

Initial Setup

When you first open AffirmID, you'll be prompted to:

1. Allow notifications - This is essential for receiving push authentication requests
2. Enable biometrics (optional) - Use Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint for faster approvals
3. Create or sign in to your account

Troubleshooting Installation

If you're having trouble installing:

• Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements
• Check that you have sufficient storage space
• Verify your internet connection is stable
• Try restarting your device and attempting again
