Your Profile

Keep your profile information up to date for the best experience.

View Your Profile

1. Open AffirmID
2. Tap the Settings icon (gear)
3. Tap your name/email at the top

Update Your Name

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Tap Name
3. Enter your new name
4. Tap Save

Your name appears on:

• Push notification requests
• Activity logs
• Team member lists

Update Profile Photo

1. Go to Settings → Profile
2. Tap your profile photo
3. Choose Take Photo or Choose from Library
4. Crop and save

Email Address

Your email is used for:

• Account recovery
• Important security alerts
• Team invitations

To change your email:

1. Go to Settings → Profile → Email
2. Enter your new email
3. Verify with your current password
4. Check your new email for verification link
5. Click the verification link

Profile Visibility

Control what others see:

Setting	Who Sees It
Name	Team members, admins
Email	Admins only
Photo	Team members, admins
Activity	Admins only

Delete Profile Data

You can request deletion of:

• Profile photo
• Activity history
• All account data

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete My Data
